Understanding iHerb returns and refunds
Return windows
iHerb currently states that most products purchased through iHerb.com or the iHerb app have a 30-day return window. iHerb-brand products purchased through iHerb.com or the app have a 90-day return window.
International returns
iHerb states that international returns are not eligible for prepaid return labels, meaning customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund timing
iHerb says refunds to the original payment method generally take 7-10 business days after processing, while international refunds may take up to 35 days to appear.
Important
A return request does not automatically guarantee approval. iHerb reviews requests individually and publishes exclusions and conditions that can affect eligibility.
